Pilates transforms the body, coordinating deep postural and stabilising muscles with our breath and movements. Practice and commitment also play a significant role.
This class is best if you’re new to Pilates or recovering from an injury. We take the class easy, focusing on alignment and understanding our movements. Our highly trained and experienced instructors guide you at your own pace, determining when you’re ready to move up a level.
Please don't worry if you haven't done Pilates before. We encourage you with kindness and expertise.
