Hello and congratulations on your pregnancy. We hope you’re keeping well, and we’d love to help if you’re ready for some gentle but supported exercise during this special time.

At Beyond Move, we run small group classes for Pre-natal Pilates and Pre-natal Yoga. These two classes are catered to pregnancy needs – with movements that are safe during this time.
